Terms & Conditions

1. General

All services provided by PC Wheel Painting and Repairs are subject to the terms set out below. By engaging our services, you agree to these terms.

2. Mobile Service

We operate as a mobile service. The customer is responsible for providing safe and accessible working space for our technicians to complete the job.

3. Quotes & Pricing

All quotes are based on the information provided by the customer and are valid for 28 days. Additional charges may apply if extra work is required that was not outlined during the initial quote.

4. Payment

Payment is due upon completion of the service, unless otherwise agreed in writing. We currently accept cash or bank transfer only.

5. Warranty

We provide a 3-year warranty on all work, covering both workmanship and materials. This warranty is valid from the date of service and applies only to the specific work completed. Warranty claims may be void if:
- Damage occurs due to misuse, neglect, accident, or external factors beyond our control.
- The work has been altered or repaired by another party after completion.

6. Liability

While all care is taken, PC Wheel Painting and Repairs is not liable for any pre-existing damage or unforeseen issues that arise during service.

7. Cancellations

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. Late cancellations may incur a fee.
